Talent & Operations Intern

THE ROLE During this internship, you'll gain exposure to consulting operations, workforce planning, Talent processes, performance management, and cross-functional project coordination. You'll work closely with the French Operations and Talent teams and develop strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills. JOB DESCRIPTION Talent Operations Support the annual performance review process by: Coordinating key milestones and communications. Following up with employees and managers to ensure timely completion of performance reviews and feedback Preparing promotion templates and performance scorecards. Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and provide support on ad hoc HR tasks as needed. Staffing & Coordination Support staffing coordination for consultants and interns. Maintain workload planning and staffing data. Ensure staffing requests align with project pricing. Reporting & Data quality Perform data quality checks across operational tools (Napta, NetSuite). Contribute to monthly reporting and operational dashboards. Monitor project data accuracy and timesheet completion. Team Coordination & Continuous Improvement Prepare weekly operational meetings (French office coordination meeting) and help coordinate monthly internal events (Junior's consultant gatherings, Project Managers gatherings, Line Managers forum, etc.) Assist in organizing and coordinating Career Development Committees. Document processes and identify opportunities to improve the way we work. YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF: You are motivated to contribute to a company driving sustainability. You are organized, proactive and detail-oriented. You enjoy working with data and improving processes. You build strong relationships and communicate effectively. You are comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and curious about AI-powered tools. You speak fluent French and have a good working level of English.
