Who we are:

🌍 At Finder, our mission is simple: we help people win at money.

We're the independent research engine behind millions of better financial decisions — we do the heavy lifting so our customers don't have to. Whether they're trying to save money, grow it, or grab a reward they can't get direct, we make sure they get a genuinely better deal.

We're a global fintech crew with hubs in Sydney, Toronto, New York, London, and Wroclaw — engineers, analysts, content creators, and marketers who are genuinely nosy about money. We hire people who'd rather move fast and figure it out than wait for permission. The work is real, too: what you do actually changes what someone does with their money.

If that sounds like your kind of problem, this is the seat for you. 🚀🌟

Role Overview:

You’ll own Finder’s US lending partnerships, a core part of our commercial growth in North America. That means growing our existing advertiser partners, scaling the Finder Rewards program, landing new partners, and building a publisher network that sends us high-intent traffic.

Your main focus is US lending: lenders, lending marketplaces and fintech lenders. You’ll also manage banking and investing partners as needed, from the big banks to fast-growing fintechs. Our client services team is in Toronto, so we’d love you to be based here, but we’re open to the right person elsewhere in Canada or the US. Wherever you are, you’ll work Eastern time hours.

This is a high-ownership seat in a small, commercially sharp team. You’ll report to our General Manager, North America, negotiate real deals and own real revenue numbers.

Main Responsibilities:

Grow our existing US partners

  • Run day-to-day relationships with US lenders and lending marketplaces, plus banking and investing partners as needed, directly or through their agencies and affiliate networks
  • Negotiate CPA, CPC, flat fee and revenue share rates, using EPC and conversion data to back your position
  • Spot upsell and renewal opportunities and pitch them with a clear commercial case
  • Run quarterly business reviews with priority partners
  • Own the campaign lifecycle: tracking setup, creative, compliance sign-off, pacing and reporting
  • Prepare insertion orders and work with Finance on monthly billing and reconciliation

Scale Finder Rewards

  • Recruit new reward offers and onboard advertisers into the program
  • Work with editorial, product and marketing to launch and promote reward campaigns
  • Track Rewards performance, from offer views to redemptions, and use it to lift conversion and repeat use

Land new US advertisers

  • Build and work a pipeline of new US advertisers, starting with lending and extending into banking and investing
  • Own the process from first outreach to signed contract and launch
  • Find brand and sponsored content opportunities alongside performance deals

Build our publisher network

  • Sign publishers, newsletters, media brands and creators to revenue-share referral deals
  • Manage and grow those relationships once they’re live
  • Test new distribution channels such as influencers, communities and niche media, and report what works

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years in affiliate, partnerships, performance marketing or account management, with revenue you were accountable for
  • Experience working with US financial services partners, ideally lenders or lending marketplaces, and knowledge of how the US affiliate market works
  • Hands-on negotiation of CPA, CPC and revenue share deals
  • Comfort with data: you can pull a report, spot what’s wrong and fix it without being asked
  • The confidence to influence senior people, inside Finder and at partners
  • A self-starter streak: you’ll build the tracking template, run the competitor check or email the cold prospect before anyone asks
  • Everyday use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for research, proposals, analysis or simple automations

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Run or contributed to a rewards, cashback or loyalty program
  • Sold content partnerships or branded content to advertisers
  • Worked at an affiliate network, agency or comparison site
  • Used Impact, CJ, Fintel Connect, PartnerStack or similar tracking platforms
  • Built simple tools or workflows in Sheets, Zapier, Notion or similar

Perks/Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus a performance bonus
  • Flexible remote working, with time in our Toronto or New York office when it helps
  • A fast-moving team where your work shows up in the numbers quickly
  • A small partnerships team with plenty of room to grow into
  • A strong software stack across analytics, affiliate tracking and partnership management
  • Ongoing learning and development support

Application process:

Send your CV and a few lines on one deal you’re proud of: who it was with, what you negotiated and what it was worth.

Our process has four steps:

  1. A 30-minute intro call
  2. An interview with our General Manager, North America
  3. A short commercial case: you’ll review a partner’s performance and pitch a renewal
  4. A final conversation with the team you’ll work with
