Performance Marketer

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. - Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and ROI. - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. - Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies. - Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel. - Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize returns. - Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to create high-performing campaigns. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. - Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
