Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Remote/Hybrid
Experience: 1–3 Years
About The Role
FX Retina is looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience managing and scaling paid campaigns across Lead Generation and D2C/E-commerce businesses.
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, monitoring daily performance, identifying opportunities and risks, testing new strategies, and taking ownership of campaign outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who understands that performance marketing is not just about launching ads—it’s about understanding the business objective behind every campaign and continuously improving the numbers that matter.
Key Responsibilities
You should be able to look at an account and quickly understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what needs to happen next.
For Lead Gen accounts, that means going beyond generating cheap leads and understanding lead quality and downstream conversions.
For D2C accounts, it means looking beyond platform ROAS and understanding acquisition cost, revenue, conversion rate, scalability, and profitability.
The expectation is simple: own your accounts, know your numbers, identify problems early, and continuously find opportunities to improve performance.
Why Join FX Retina?
At FX Retina, you’ll work across both Lead Generation and D2C businesses, giving you exposure to different funnels, campaign strategies, customer journeys, and scaling challenges.
If you enjoy working with numbers, testing new ideas, solving performance problems, and taking ownership of business outcomes—not just ad campaigns—we’d love to hear from you.
