You will be part of a multidisciplinary and collaborative marketing team, working closely with Growth, Content, Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing to develop campaigns that connect with the right audiences and generate meaningful business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn. Someone who enjoys exploring new ideas, testing different approaches, and using data to make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze performance and identify opportunities: Monitor campaign KPIs, including conversions, CPA, CAC, lead quality, and pipeline generation, identifying trends and opportunities to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Turn data into actionable insights: Combine advertising platform data with CRM and analytics insights to understand campaign performance and support data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and execute experiments: Plan and conduct A/B tests across audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, creatives, messaging, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
  • Contribute to business growth: Help connect campaign performance with broader business objectives, including qualified leads, sales opportunities, pipeline generation, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Content, Creative, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with our positioning, customer journey, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Share insights and learnings: Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports, communicating results, challenges, and recommendations in a clear and actionable way.
  • Explore new opportunities: Stay curious about emerging digital marketing trends, advertising technologies, and AI-powered solutions that can improve campaign performance and team productivity.
  • Support campaign organization and documentation: Maintain clear records of campaign structures, audiences, experiments, and learnings to facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Familiarity with key performance marketing metrics, such as CPC, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • An experimental mindset, with an interest in developing hypotheses, testing new approaches, and learning from results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with different teams.
  • A proactive and curious attitude, with a willingness to learn, share ideas, and contribute to the team’s growth.
  • Interest in digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and the practical applications of AI in marketing.
  • Basic English proficiency, with the ability to understand written materials and communicate in a professional environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B marketing, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or RD Station, and an understanding of how marketing activities connect with the sales funnel.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience using AI tools to support campaign analysis, creative development, automation, or workflow optimization.
  • Spanish proficiency, particularly for collaboration and communication across Latin American markets.
