Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving product positioning, go-to-market strategy, launches, and adoption. The role works closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to translate product capabilities into clear customer value and effective GTM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and major releases, from planning through post-launch.
- Develop clear product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and buyer personas based on customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities, trends, pain points, and product differentiation.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to align messaging and support pipeline generation and product adoption.
- Develop product marketing and sales enablement materials, including product briefs, one-pagers, landing pages, presentations, battlecards, and FAQs.
- Plan and execute product campaigns, events, demos, webinars, newsletters, and other product marketing initiatives.
- Own product launch communications and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels.
- Gather customer and sales feedback to continuously improve product messaging, positioning, and adoption.
- Track relevant GTM, campaign, pipeline, and product adoption KPIs and use insights to improve performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, go-to-market, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, customer segmentation, and GTM strategy.
- Excellent communication, analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial and customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in relevant marketing, analytics, CRM, and collaboration tools.
