Performance Marketing Specialist

In the role of Performance Marketing Specialist , you’ll support and optimize campaigns across multiple paid channels, working hands-on with setup, testing, and reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with creators, partners, and internal teams to drive measurable impact and turn data into growth opportunities. Performance Marketing (Meta ads, Tiktok ads) Plan, launch, and optimize paid performance campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Assist with campaigns planning across paid channels Identify trends , and suggest optimization opportunities Coordinate creatives generation process Brief creatives based on performance insights and testing needs Monitor performance and analyze results Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards Other Marketing Projects Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and launches Solid experience in digital marketing (performance, influencer etc.), or a related field (internships included) A solid understanding of performance marketing metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS A hands-on, detail-oriented mindset you’re comfortable working with campaign setups, dashboards, and data Strong analytical thinking: you enjoy spotting patterns, drawing insights, and turning them into actions Curiosity and drive - you ask questions, test ideas, and actively look for ways to improve results A structured way of working , with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication skills in English, Czech or German would be a plus The chance to be part of a mission-driven, innovative company in a rapid growth phase, with the opportunity to make a real impact on our development 📈 Significant discount on our products 🧡 A personal education budget to support your growth and self-development 👨‍🎓 Hybrid working model with 3 days onsite and 2 days in HO 🏢 Office snacks and refreshments to keep you energized throughout the day 🥗 We have office also in London - with the opportunity to travel occasionally, work on-site, and connect with colleagues 🏠 25 vacation days + 3 sick days per year 🌴 Regular company gatherings and team-building events 🕺 We’re excited to meet candidates who share our passion and values!
