Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)
PartsVuCompany Description
PartsVu is a fast-growing e-commerce business in the marine industry, founded in 2015 by a group of avid boaters set on building a better online shopping experience for boat owners. What began as PartsVu.com has grown into a broader e-commerce ecosystem that today includes multiple marine-focused stores, among them YamahaOnlineParts.com and YamahaOutboardMaintenance.com.
PartsVu is part of OneWater Marine Incorporated and operates at meaningful scale across e-commerce, performance marketing, and digital growth. We manage a very large product catalog, serve both retail (B2C) and business (B2B) customers, and invest seriously in paid media across Google, Meta, and Bing. We combine strong revenue volume with an ambitious growth mindset, and the year ahead is set up for significant expansion.
Role Description
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Argentina to join our U.S. marketing team in a full-time, remote contractor role. You'll work directly with our Marketing Director (our performance/paid-media lead) as their specialist, helping run and scale paid media across our e-commerce ecosystem.
This role is built to grow. You'll start with a strong focus on analysis, reporting, and campaign support getting deep into how our paid media connects to real business results, and then ramp into full, hands-on ownership of campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads, as well as expanding into new channels as the business grows.
What You'll Be Doing (starting focus)
- Analyze paid-media performance across Google, Meta, and Bing, and connect it to actual Shopify outcomes: revenue, orders, AOV, and ROAS, not just in-platform metrics.
- Build and maintain clear reporting and dashboards in Looker Studio, pulling from Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify, and the ad platforms.
- Monitor daily performance and budget pacing, and flag inefficiencies, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Support campaign execution: structure, audiences, creative coordination, and product-feed/catalog data.
- Help plan and allocate budgets across channels and campaigns.
- Run and interpret tests (bidding strategies, campaign structure, creative, targeting).
- Help evaluate, test, and launch new paid channels as we expand the mix.
- Track auction/competitor insights and seasonal or market demand shifts that affect performance.
Requirements
- Based in Argentina.
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media / performance marketing experience.
- E-commerce paid media experience with a solid grasp of attribution, ROAS, AOV, and unit economics.
- Advanced or proficient written and spoken English; you'll communicate with our U.S. team.
- Available full-time, with a daily overlap with U.S. (Eastern) business hours.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing/Microsoft Ads.
- Strong analytical skills: Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Shopify, and spreadsheets.
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up and scale data analysis, reporting, and day-to-day workflows.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and genuinely analytical, comfortable owning outcomes and working independently.
- A proactive mindset: you bring ideas, you question the data, and you back recommendations with numbers.
Nice to Have
- Experience in marine, automotive/powersports parts, or other large-catalog / high-SKU retail e-commerce.
- Product-feed management and feed-optimization tools.
- Experience managing $2M+ in annual paid-media budget.
- Hands-on experience working with Shopify stores.
- Experience running paid media across multiple e-commerce sites or storefronts
Compensation & Structure
- Full-time, remote contractor role supporting the U.S. market.
- Paid in U.S. dollars via Deel.
- Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.
- We provide all the tools, platforms, and AI subscriptions you need to do the job well.
- Real growth opportunity as the business expands in the year ahead.
- You'll work directly with, and report to, the Marketing Director (based in Argentina).
Why This Role
This is a chance to own performance marketing inside a growing e-commerce business. You'll start close to the numbers and grow into full ownership of the paid channels that drive the business, and help expand into new ones as we scale. If you're a performance marketer who loves the mix of analysis and execution, wants genuine ownership, and wants to grow as the company grows, this is a strong opportunity.
