London | Hybrid working | £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to appoint a Performance & Reward Specialist into a newly created role within its international People function.

This is a unique opportunity to support the development and delivery of a global performance management and reward agenda. Working closely with the Group Head of People Operations, Chief People Officer and wider People team, the successful individual will help shape and embed consistent approaches to performance, reward, mobility and people analytics across the organisation.

Combining strategic project work with hands-on operational delivery, the role offers excellent visibility and the opportunity to influence practices that align with the firm’s culture, business objectives and evolving people strategy.

About the role

This is a broad role spanning performance management, reward, global mobility and people analytics. A key focus will be supporting the continued evolution of the organisation’s global performance framework, including objective setting, performance ratings, calibration, feedback and annual appraisal processes.

Partnering with stakeholders across regions and functions, the successful individual will balance global consistency with local requirements, strengthen governance and turn performance and reward data into meaningful insight for senior decision-makers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the evolution and delivery of the global performance management framework, including objectives, ratings, calibration, feedback and appraisals.

• Gathering stakeholder feedback and developing recommendations that balance global consistency with local needs.

• Analysing performance outcomes and trends to inform talent planning, succession planning and leadership development.

• Supporting the development, implementation and embedding of global reward principles, frameworks and governance.

• Coordinating global market benchmarking, salary positioning and annual compensation review activity.

• Monitoring pay transparency legislation and other reward-related regulations, supporting compliance and conducting pay equity analysis.

• Supporting the continued development and administration of the global mobility framework and international secondment programme.

• Producing performance and reward reporting, modelling, cost analysis and scenario planning for the People function, Executive Committee and Board.

• Identifying opportunities to enhance reporting tools, dashboards and the use of technology and AI across performance and people processes.

About you

We are keen to hear from experienced professionals with expertise across performance management, reward, compensation and benefits or people analytics, alongside the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.

This role will suit someone who enjoys improving frameworks and processes, managing multiple priorities and combining strategic thinking with detailed, hands-on delivery in a global environment.

You will ideally bring:

• Relevant experience within performance management, reward, compensation and benefits or people analytics.

• A strong understanding of performance management frameworks and reward principles.

• Experience of market benchmarking, pay analysis, compensation review and reward governance activities.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders across regions and functions.

• Strong analytical capability, advanced Excel skills and the ability to identify trends and develop meaningful insights.

• Experience within a global organisation; exposure to professional services, partnership or consulting environments would be advantageous.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of pay transparency, pay equity, global mobility or HR technology and AI-enabled tools would be particularly valuable.

Why apply?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded international organisation in a newly created role offering genuine influence and visibility. You will work closely with senior People leadership and contribute to the continued evolution of global performance, reward, mobility and people analytics practices.

The position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment, partnering with senior stakeholders and using evidence and insight to improve the employee experience and support better business decisions.
