Cook ads that sell on Meta, Google, and AppLovin. Hooks, pacing, sound, motion — all tuned for performance. Generate AI video, voices, music, lipsync. Ship multiple variants fast, read the numbers, iterate. Jump on trends the day they appear.

You have

• 3+ years editing ads that ran with $1M+ in spend
• Premiere Pro / After Effects or DaVinci Resolve — must
• Strong AI generation skills: video, sound, music, lipsync, transitions
• Ecom / direct-response marketing sense
• Portfolio ready to send
• Bonus: experience with digital apps
