Role:

Coforge is looking for an experienced Senior Platform Architect (ServiceNow) to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs for our global customers.

This is a strategic consulting and architecture leadership role where you'll work closely with CXOs, Enterprise Architects, Platform Owners, and Delivery Teams to define platform strategy, governance models, architectural roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in ServiceNow, Enterprise Architecture, Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong advisory and management consulting background.
• Proven ability to engage and influence CXOs, business leaders, and senior technology stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale architecture and transformation programs.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence and gravitas.
• Experience leveraging AI for business process improvement, decision-making, or service operations.
