[Permanent position] Semi-conductor Program Manager ❓ About SiPearl… SiPearl is the European fabless designer of sovereign secure high-performance energy-efficient CPUs for HPC, AI and data centres. These CPUs will help address strategic challenges in the fields of security, defence, medical research, energy, climate and engineering with a reduced environmental footprint. In June 25, SiPearl completed the design of the most complex CPU ever designed in Europe, Rhea1. Featuring 80 Arm Neoverse V1 cores, with 61 billion transistors, it is currently in production at TSMC. Sipearl CPUs will equip the two first European exascale supercomputers belonging to EuroHPC JU: Rhea1 will be integrated into the JUPITER machine based in Germany and Rhea2 will be part of Alice Recoque in France. Incubated within the European Processor Initiative (EPI) consortium and seed-funded by the European Union, SiPearl employs almost 200 people in : France (Maisons-Laffitte, Grenoble, Massy, Sophia Antipolis), Spain (Barcelona) and Italy (Bologna) Following a €130 million Series A, the company has launched its Series B round. 💻 About the role The Semiconductor Program Manager coordinates Semiconductor Platform Development project(s), from idea to product launch. He/she covers both hardware and software aspects. He/she interacts closely with all project stakeholders : Management, Sales & Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance 🎯 Your missions Analyze product requirements with the marketing team Work with hardware and software architects to analyze technical requirements and draw up a high-level list of work to be carried out, required profiles & resources Draw up the list of work packages and plans project phases Communicate major escalations and corrective actions to management Contribute to the development of new procedures for project planning, accounting, monitoring and reporting Promote and support deployment of methodology and tools You will closely collaborate with Internal relations (Project managers, Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance) and external relations ( Subcontractors, and suppliers of product-integrated IP) 🔍 What would make you succeed in this role Minimum experience of 5-10 years in a similar position supervising technical teams, managing projects and subcontractors in the electronics industry and subcontractors in the semiconductor sector. Engineering degree in electronics or equivalent level of expertise Technical skills Ability to translate company vision into executable projects Mastery of traditional and agile project management tools and methodologies Mastery of microprcessor design flow, FPGA flow or embedded software Excellent oral communication skills Fluent in English Softskills Ability to work in project mode and as part of a team Initiative and responsiveness Organizational skills, rigor Synthesis skills Sense of ethics and integrity Good stress, time and contingency management, adaptability Dear candidate, even if you consider you do not fulfill all the qualifications mentioned above, please still apply and share with us why you believe you would be a good fit.
