  • £27,500 - £35,000 DOE + uncapped commission and other incentives

  • Hybrid working: 5 days in-office during training, then 3-4 days office / 1-2 WFH

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham team, on a Business Support & Commercial desk.


Whether you're an experienced recruiter to build a rewarding career with one of the UK's leading recruitment businesses.


You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client meetings through to candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management and placements. Working with clients and candidates across the West Midlands, you'll build lasting relationships, grow your market, and maximise your earning potential.
