Are you a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment?

Parkside Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised luxury fashion and lifestyle brand, supporting its Creative and Brand Image team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative, PA or team coordination experience who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their workload and has a genuine interest in fashion, retail and creative projects.

You'll be working alongside a collaborative team, providing essential administrative, organisational and project support across the UK and wider EMEA region.

The Role

As a PA / Team Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping the Creative and Brand Image team organised, supporting senior stakeholders, coordinating projects and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and PA support to the Creative and Brand Image team.
  • Managing busy calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries across different time zones.
  • Supporting senior stakeholders with expense management, using SAP Concur.
  • Raising and processing purchase orders using SAP Ariba (training can be provided).
  • Maintaining project trackers, timelines and actions using Monday.com.
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of team meetings, regional offsites and events.
  • Supporting creative projects, including new store openings, renovations and seasonal initiatives.
  • Coordinating the distribution of creative materials, visual merchandising props and décor to stores across different regions.
  • Liaising with internal teams, regional stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, spreadsheets and other administrative documentation.
  • Tracking deadlines, following up on outstanding actions and ensuring projects remain on schedule.
  • Supporting improvements to administrative processes and team efficiency.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, personable, confident and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a PA, Team Assistant, Administrator, Coordinator or similar support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong diary management and meeting coordination experience.
  • Confidence supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience processing expenses and purchase orders.
  • A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, luxury retail, creative projects or brand environments.

Additional experience that would be advantageous:

  • SAP Concur for expense management.
  • SAP Ariba for purchase orders – although this can be learned on the job.
  • Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
  • AI tools, digital content creation or photo-editing software.
  • Previous experience working within a fashion, luxury, retail or creative business.

You do not need experience in every system listed above. We're particularly interested in candidates who are confident with technology, quick to learn and enthusiastic about developing their skills.
