Are you highly organized, proactive, and capable of keeping up with a fast-moving entrepreneur? Ferla Bikes is looking for an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems before they happen.

What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate personal and business appointments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize projects, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with correspondence, emails, and communication.
- Run occasional errands and provide logistical support.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
- Help maintain efficiency in both business and personal affairs.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting executives or business owners.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Additional Requirements:
- Must reside within the Greater Los Angeles area.
- Valid California driver's license required.
- Must own a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel locally as needed.
- Ability to work independently and think several steps ahead.
- Positive attitude and a "no task is too big or too small" mentality.
