A unique opportunity to support and shape the journey of our new CEO

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Do you enjoy being at the center of strategic decision-making while ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly?

We are looking for a highly skilled and dependable PA to support our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) during an exciting chapter of growth and transformation. This is much more than a traditional PA role. You will be a key partner to the CEO, helping to navigate a dynamic agenda, manage critical priorities, and ensure smooth execution across a broad range of activities.

As our CEO steps into a new leadership journey, you will have a unique opportunity to play an integral role in supporting that transition and contributing to the success of the wider organization.

This is how your work matters

As PA to the CEO, you will:

  • Take ownership of the CEO’s day-to-day schedule, ensuring that time and priorities are coordinated effectively
  • Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, make travel arrangements and manage the CEO’s complex calendar
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively resolve administrative and practical matters
  • As the role evolves, you may also provide broader administrative support to parts of the Executive Management team, helping establish strong ways of working and collaboration across the organization.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we expect that you bring:

  • Several years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a large international organization
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to your work
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • A proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism and integrity

Who are you?

You are a proactive and resourceful professional who anticipates needs before they arise. You are comfortable operating in a demanding and ever-changing environment where priorities can shift quickly. You have a natural ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels and understand how to navigate complex stakeholder environments. Most importantly, you take pride in creating structure, enabling others to perform at their best, and delivering a consistently high level of quality.

Why should you choose us?

This role offers a rare opportunity to partner with a newly appointed CEO as she embarks on a new leadership chapter. You will not only support the CEO's day-to-day priorities but also gain unparalleled exposure to the strategic, operational, and organizational developments that accompany leadership transition.

As the CEO builds new relationships, establishes priorities, and shapes the future direction of the company, you will be involved in many first-time initiatives and high-impact activities, providing a breadth of experience that few executive support roles can offer. This unique exposure makes the role both professionally rewarding and highly valuable for long-term career development.
