Margaritaville at Sea sells escape. Our Personal Cruise Advisors help guests discover “A Better Way to Getaway,” guiding them from first call to sailing day. This is a chance to join a growing cruise line at an exciting moment: our third ship, Beachcomber, enters service from Miami in January 2027. It is a fast-paced, remote sales role for an enthusiastic, results-driven professional who loves the phone.

ABOUT MARGARITAVILLE AT SEA

Classica Cruise Operator, Ltd., doing business as Margaritaville at Sea, operates Bahamas-flagged cruise ships from Florida homeports in Palm Beach, Tampa and Miami. Our core purpose is to create and deliver fun and escapism, guided by our Culture Essentials: every guest, every time; act with integrity and respect; shared responsibility for the well-being of our guests, crew and community; and each employee's responsibility to be better than the rest.

THE ROLE

As part of our Contact Center, the Personal Cruise Advisor is an outbound telephone sales role. You will help guests who book directly with us plan and book their cruise, recommend the extras that make their getaway, and support them all the way to sailing day, working independently while meeting department scorecard goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Sell and Book Cruises

  • Make 100 to 120 outbound calls a day to direct guests, meeting or exceeding booking goals with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Guide guests through planning and booking their cruise, with personalized recommendations.
  • Process new individual reservation requests accurately, capturing every detail.
  • Grow revenue by recommending upgrades, shore excursions and other add-ons that fit each guest’s preferences.

Take Care of Guests

  • Support guests from first inquiry to sailing day, answering questions and meeting their needs with care.
  • Give accurate information on itineraries, cabins, pricing, and terms and conditions in every conversation.
  • Escalate guest concerns to a supervisor when needed, with complete information for a quick resolution.

Deliver Results

  • Meet personal and department performance goals in a fast-paced, self-managed sales environment.
  • Learn new systems and processes quickly, and close sales with a guest-first approach.
  • Follow department policies on attendance, punctuality and conduct.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively and resolve concerns over the phone.
  • A solid grasp of sales techniques, including identifying guest needs and closing the sale.
  • A clear, confident and friendly phone manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple guest interactions, bookings and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with CRM systems, booking platforms and Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel.
  • Self-motivation to meet targets while working independently, and a positive attitude when priorities change.

Preferred

  • Experience in outbound sales, telesales or a call center, especially in travel or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with cruise products, itineraries and onboard experiences. Training is provided.

LOCATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • This is a remote role; you will work full-time from home.
  • Travel to our Orlando, Florida headquarters may be required for in-office collaboration.
  • Work at a desk and computer for extended periods.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Offers are made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account job-related skills and experience. Our total rewards package includes:

  • Medical, dental and vision plans, an Employee Assistance Program and other mental health resources, and company-paid term life and disability insurance.
  • A 401(k) plan with a company match.
  • 10 company holidays plus 2 floating holidays, and 15 vacation days a year.
  • Complimentary stand-by cruises, employee discounts on confirmed cruises, and special rates for family and friends.
