This is an independent, performance-based arrangement. Earnings come from product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote personal development and leadership programs through digital marketing.

Requirements

• Currently reside in the USA.
  

• Have a minimum of eight years of professional work experience.
  

• Bring experience in sales, client relations, education, training, recruitment, marketing, or a related field.
  

• Have an interest in personal development and leadership education.
  

• Communicate clearly, listen well, and build rapport.
  

• Be comfortable with an independent, performance-based arrangement where earnings come from product sales.
  

• Be self-directed, organised, and consistent with follow-up.
  

• Be willing to learn and use digital marketing and online communication tools.
  

• Have a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone.
  

• Be able to commit approximately 15–20 hours per week.
  

This role is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or those seeking a fixed-salary position.
