🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Case Manager / Paralegal with strong experience in U.S. Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Law to manage cases throughout the entire case lifecycle.

The ideal candidate can work independently, communicate confidently with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers, and requires minimal training.

✅ Must-Have Requirements

• ⚖️ 3-5+ years of experience in U.S. Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury.
• ENGLISH ADVANCED (C1)
• 📂 Experience as:
• Personal Injury Case Manager
• Personal Injury Paralegal
• Legal Assistant (PI-focused)
• 🇺🇸 Direct experience with U.S. personal injury cases.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Conduct client intake and collect case documentation.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide case updates.
• Set up and manage insurance claims.
• Coordinate medical treatments and appointments.
• Request and organize medical records and billing documents.
• Support litigation-related processes.
• Maintain accurate electronic case files.
• Work independently to keep cases moving efficiently.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to optimize workflow.
