Role Snapshot
We're hiring a part-time, fully remote Personal Injury - Case Manager to keep injury files moving smoothly, client-ready, and deadline-safe. This role matters because steady follow-through helps clients feel supported, gives attorneys clean documentation, and protects time-sensitive dates.
Key responsibilities include maintaining PI files from intake through resolution; reporting claims and persistently following up with adjusters; coordinating treatment updates and spotting care gaps; requesting, tracking, and organizing medical records and itemized bills with consistent provider outreach; assembling demand packages (chronologies, specials, special damages summaries); supporting settlement tracking and disbursement paperwork; and calendaring critical deadlines (SOL, minors' tolling, government claims).
Required qualifications/skills:
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
- Prior personal injury case management experience
- Clio or MyCase (or similar CMS) proficiency
- Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack
- Strong client-facing written/verbal communication
- Excellent calendar and deadline management
If you can keep details tight and clients informed from home, we'd like to hear from you-apply today.
How Your Day Moves
You'll start by settling into your home workspace and setting priorities around core hours (Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm PT). The day typically blends quiet, focused time in your case management system with short Slack/Zoom touchpoints to confirm what's next and keep communication clear. You'll spend stretches organizing information so files are easy to understand at a glance, then shift to timely outreach and status checks when updates are needed. Before logging off, you'll make sure notes are current, tomorrow's follow-ups are queued, and nothing urgent is left hanging-so the next day begins with momentum, not catch-up.
