Are you an experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist looking for your next remote opportunity?

Legal Staff Now is partnering with one of our largest U.S. Personal Injury law firm clients to hire an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist.

We’re looking for someone with U.S. law firm experience who can connect with potential clients, qualify cases, and confidently guide qualified prospects toward signing with the firm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle inbound calls from prospective Personal Injury clients.
• Conduct intake interviews and collect relevant case information.
• Evaluate and qualify potential cases according to the firm’s criteria.
• Explain the intake process and guide prospects through the next steps.
• Schedule consultations with attorneys.
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s CRM.
• Follow up with prospective clients and help convert qualified leads into signed cases.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, and client-focused experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of Personal Injury Intake experience with a U.S. law firm.
• Previous experience closing Personal Injury leads and converting prospects into clients.
• Strong communication, sales, and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to handle inbound calls, qualify leads, and overcome objections.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and documentation skills.
• A client-focused approach combined with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with legal CRMs such as Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, MyCase, or similar platforms is a plus.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that intake is not just about answering calls — it’s about building trust and converting qualified prospects into signed clients.

SCHEDULE OPTIONS:

• Option 1: Wednesday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM PST
• Option 2: Sunday–Thursday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM PST

40 hours per week
