Personal Lines Account Executive

Purpose of Job: To build a book of business by creating relationship-focused connections as an insurance expert through prospecting and networking To provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts while assisting in the retention of existing accounts Supervise a team and make decisions based on team workload Responsibilities: Provide excellent service at all times with understanding and empathy Provide expert knowledge to clients and team members Document all client interactions Prospect/Network outside of business hours Supervise team and delegate workloads to best fit teams’ needs along with running weekly team meetings Be available to your insureds’ outside of office hours pending their request or needs Be involved in a Business Network group or local community opportunities Cross-sell to help build book of business Help with client retention Help in maintaining up-to-date client contact information Communicate with Team Members in a professional manner Work toward your CISR and CIC designation Job Qualifications: Advanced computer skills Self-Motivation Ability to work in a team environment Exceptional communication and time management skills Ability to multitask CISR Designation CIC Designation Life & Health License Performance Measurements: Semi-annual performance reviews will be conducted which entail, but are not limited to, processing efficiencies, workload management, supervisory performance, new business and account retention.
