Personal SMM for CEO

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a creative Personal Social Media Manager to build and grow the CEO’s personal brand across social media.

Our perfect candidate will be able to develop a strong personal profile that combines business, sports, travel, and lifestyle, creating engaging content that reflects the CEO’s personality and professional ambitions.

• Personal Profile Management: Manage the CEO’s social media presence, ensuring consistent posting, a clear identity, and a cohesive content strategy.
  
• Content Creation & Publishing: Plan, coordinate, and publish engaging content, including Reels, photos, and Stories. The expected posting frequency for Reels is 1–2 per day.
  
• Creative Ideas & Storytelling: Proactively pitch new content ideas, trends, formats, and creative concepts that align with the CEO’s personality.
  
• Audience Growth & Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, visibility, and follower growth.
  
• Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance, track key metrics, and continuously optimize the strategy based on results.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, personal branding, or content creation.
  
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
  
• Ability to develop creative ideas and turn them into engaging content.
  
• Understanding of social media growth strategies, audience engagement, and content distribution.
  
• Ability to combine business-oriented content with lifestyle, sports, and travel in a natural and engaging way
  
• Proactive mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently.
