What will you be doing here?

A pessoa coordenadora de Manutenção e Facilities será responsável por gerenciar, desenhar e aplicar melhorias nas rotinas de atendimento de facilities, serviços de atendimento aos usuários relacionados a segurança e conforto, gerir um time grande de Colaboradores e parceiros envolvidos no processo.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Gerir a equipe de facilities;
• Gerenciar os contratos dos fornecedores;
• Desenhar, gerenciar e melhora continuamente indicadores;
• Garantir os requisitos de segurança do trabalho;
• Gerir o orçamento dos serviços
• Coordenar o desenvolvimento de contratos e acompanhar processos de Compras;
• Gerenciar contratos e atividades de sistemas de utilidades;
• Gerenciar projetos relacionados às atividades de manutenção.

Quais os requisitos:

• Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia (Civil, Elétrica, Mecânica, Produção), Arquitetura, Administração ou áreas afins.
• Sólida experiência em posições de nível Sênior, Coordenação na área de Facilities, Manutenção ou Infraestrutura.
• Experiência comprovada em gestão direta e desenvolvimento de equipes multidisciplinares (terceirizadas e orgânicas).
• Vivência robusta em processos de concorrência (BID), negociação técnica/comercial e gestão de grandes contratos de prestação de serviços.
• Disponibilidade para viagens entre os sites da Natura.

Conhecimentos Técnicos (Hard Skills):

• Domínio avançado do Pacote Office (especialmente Excel avançado para modelagem de dados/orçamentos e PowerPoint para apresentações executivas).
