What will you be doing here?

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Coordenadora Financeira e liderar, do ponto de vista de finanças, o projeto de implementação e automação do Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS). O profissional será o elo estratégico entre as regras de negócio de Finanças e a equipe técnica, garantindo a acurácia dos dados contábeis e assegurando que a solução atenda perfeitamente às rotinas de Budget e Forecast.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Garantir o mapeamento e assegurar que todas as premissas, fórmulas e regras de negócio financeiras da companhia sejam fielmente refletidas no modelo do Oracle PBCS.
• Validar e garantir a conciliação/alinhamento entre a base de dados do EPM e os dados contábeis (ERPs / FCCS).
• Validar se os fluxos de captura, consolidação e projeção de Budget e Forecast atendem às necessidades operacionais e analíticas da equipe de FP&A / Orçamento.
• Elaborar cenários de testes funcionais e homologar (UAT) os relatórios, formulários e regras do sistema antes do go-live.
• Traduzir requisitos operacionais e estratégicos de Finanças para a TI e consultores técnicos do EPM.
• Apoiar na documentação dos novos processos e no treinamento do time financeiro no uso da ferramenta.

Quais os requisitos?

• Graduação completa em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
• Sólido conhecimento em rotinas de Budget, Forecast, Fechamento, Controladoria, DRE e Fluxo de Caixa.
• Experiência prévia e domínio em ferramentas de EPM (Oracle PBCS / Hyperion Planning), atuando na utilização analítica da plataforma ou em projetos de implementação.
• Excelente raciocínio lógico, capacidade analítica, resolução de problemas e atenção aos detalhes.
• Habilidade de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders para circular entre times de Finanças, TI e consultoria externa.
• Disponibilidade para atuação no modelo híbrido (3 dias presenciais por semana) em São Paulo/SP.

Quais os diferenciais?

• Experiência com integração entre ERPs (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle) e o Oracle PBCS.
• Conhecimento prévio em sintaxe/conceitos do PBCS (p. ex., dimensões, formulários de entrada, Business Rules e relatórios do Smart View).
