Job Title: Pest Control Service Technician, Wood River Valley (must live in Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum, or Sun Valley) Company: Orkin Pest Control/Sawyer, Inc. Responsibilities: Commitment to upholding our brand standards and service-oriented culture Deliver first class customer service while interacting with various clients, vendors, and co-workers Learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operations of a pest control service route Follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each client Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet client needs for a complete pest management program Serve as a problem solver for your client by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each client’s needs Complete all required service-related documentation and utilize your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy Qualifications : High degree of professionalism with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills Flexibility in a multi-managed working environment Ambitious, results-driven, and not afraid of healthy competition Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly Ability to write clear, concise communications: excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills Safely use a ladder Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc. Ability to work in all types of weather and temperature conditions Obtain and maintain required state licensing Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
