(PH) GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert / Automation & Platform Developer

Job Description This is a remote position. About the Role We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to optimize, organize, and enhance our existing GoHighLevel account. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and user experience side of GHL and can transform the platform into a polished, branded system that feels similar to Kajabi. You'll be responsible for cleaning up our sub-accounts, improving workflows, creating a premium client experience, and helping us maximize the platform's capabilities—including transitioning to a higher GHL plan if needed. Key Responsibilities Audit and organize our existing GoHighLevel account and sub-accounts. Clean up folders, assets, workflows, pipelines, contacts, and automations. Build a polished, intuitive client experience similar to Kajabi using GHL. Customize and fully brand the platform with our company identity. Set up and optimize funnels, websites, memberships, courses, forms, surveys, calendars, and CRM. Improve automations, email/SMS campaigns, and workflow efficiency. Configure white-label settings and support branding within our custom app. Assist with upgrading and migrating to the appropriate GoHighLevel plan. Recommend best practices for scalability, performance, and user experience. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing improvements. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience. Strong knowledge of GHL CRM, workflows, automation, memberships, funnels, websites, and pipelines. Experience creating Kajabi-style learning portals and client experiences within GHL. Experience with white-label GHL and custom app branding. Knowledge of API integrations, Zapier, Make.com, and third-party tools. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for online course and membership platforms. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong English communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or other course platforms. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge. Experience with custom domains, DNS, and email deliverability. Familiarity with Stripe, payment gateways, and membership systems. What Success Looks Like A clean, organized, and scalable GoHighLevel account. Fully branded platform that reflects our business.
