About the role Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional who knows how to turn ideas into engaging content, grow an online audience, and support business growth? We are looking for a Social Media / Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives while working independently in a remote environment. In this role, you will help develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, create engaging content, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. You should be comfortable working across different digital channels and adapting your approach based on audience behavior, marketing trends, and performance data. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and maintain company social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, graphics, short-form videos, captions, and other marketing materials. Develop and maintain social media content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules. Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Track and analyze social media and marketing performance using relevant analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams, designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Assist with email marketing, website content, SEO, paid advertising, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed. Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages when required, and help maintain a positive online brand presence. Conduct basic market and audience research to identify customer needs, trends, and potential marketing opportunities. Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, engagement, traffic, leads, and other relevant KPIs. Perform other marketing-related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related role. Proven experience managing social media accounts and developing content strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. Experience creating engaging social media content and marketing materials. Working knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and lead generation. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Creative, proactive, and highly adaptable. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights.
