Company Overview:

Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy built on a simple conviction: medicine should fit the patient, not the other way around. We started Strive because we believed the pharmaceutical industry was overdue for a more human approach—one that prioritizes individualized care, clinical nuance, and genuine partnership with patients and providers.

Compounding gives us the tools to do that. Every formulation we prepare is built to the specific needs of a specific person, and every interaction we have is guided by that same commitment to personalized care.

We're growing, and we're looking for people who share that conviction. If you're ready to be part of a pharmacy that takes the work seriously and the people even more seriously, we'd like to meet you.

Mission:

Strive exists to disrupt an industry long overdue for a more personal approach to care. We put the human element at the center of everything: every formulation, every patient interaction, every provider partnership. We're not just a compounding pharmacy. We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Remote with frequent travel to active project and build-out sites nationwide (central time zone preferred).

Position Overview:

The Pharmacy Development Coordinator takes the strategic direction set by the Director of Pharmacy Development and turns it into action: initiating, aligning, executing, and maintaining the projects and programs that keep Strive's sites running and growing. This includes new construction and build-outs, environmental monitoring, security, asset management, breakroom management, lease and real estate management, vendor management, and other department programs as assigned. This role owns the day-to-day work of bringing these programs to life and keeping them running well long after launch: coordinating with vendors and internal teams, keeping details from slipping, providing on-site support where needed, and sustaining programs through renewals, monitoring, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and energized by follow-through. Travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take direction from the Director of Pharmacy Development and turn department strategy into executed action across assigned projects and programs.
  • Initiate, align, and execute construction and build-out projects, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams, and providing on-site support as needed.
  • Own the implementation of programs handed off by the Director, such as security, environmental monitoring, asset management, break-room management, and lease and real estate management.
  • Sustain programs once implemented: track recurring tasks and renewals, monitor vendor performance, keep documentation current, and flag issues before they become problems.
  • Coordinate vendor communications, including scheduling, deliverable tracking, and follow-up, escalating concerns to the Director.
  • Maintain department documentation and standard operating procedures so programs stay consistent across sites.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3+ years of experience supporting or owning multi-stakeholder projects or recurring operational programs is preferred; multi-site, construction, or facilities exposure is a plus.
  • Experience managing programs with recurring deadlines (contract or lease renewals, compliance-driven maintenance schedules, recurring vendor deliverables), and comfort sustaining a program, not just launching it.
  • Exposure to one or more of: construction/build-outs, physical security systems, environmental monitoring, asset tracking, or lease/real estate administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams.
  • Comfortable working directly with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams, and knowing when to escalate.
  • Pharmacy, healthcare, or other regulated-environment experience is a plus, including familiarity with environmental monitoring requirements relevant to pharmacy operations.
  • Proficiency with project and work management tools; Asana experience p

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in facilities management, physical security systems, or lease/real estate administration.
  • Experience supporting programs across multiple site types (retail, healthcare, or other multi-location operations).

Work Environment:

This position is primarily based in a remote work environment and requires regular computer use, sitting, and standing, with occasional lifting as needed. Occasional travel (<10%) may be required for team meetings, conferences, retreats, or training. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Annual Salary
$60,000—$80,000 USD
