About the Role
We’re hiring a qualified Pharmacy Technician to provide remote customer and patient support. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers with questions about medications and orders.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer and patient inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Answer general questions about medications, dosages, usage, and availability
- Process and follow up on prescription orders and refills
- Escalate clinical or complex cases to the supervising pharmacist when needed
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Flag any safety, compliance, or stock issues promptly
Requirements (Must Have)
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, customer-support tools, and video calls
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Nice to Have
- Previous remote or call-center experience
- Familiarity with pharmacy management or EMR software
