What you need to bring: 2+ years closing high-ticket B2C deals over the phone CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Proof you can close programs worth $3K+ The discipline to work remote without falling apart This isn't for everyone. Hours: Your Schedule (MST): Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off. You’ll work a 5-day schedule , never more than five days in a row , with two consecutive days off each week . You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week ) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls. You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week , each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks . This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers. When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer.
