Photoshop Expert / Graphic Artist We’re looking for a Photoshop Expert/ Graphic Artist to support the creative execution for a growing digital marketing agency, Opt Digital . We’re a digital marketing agency focused on helping local trades and service businesses grow through search, branding, and conversion-focused assets. Our clients include roofers, electricians, landscapers, plumbers, fencers, and other home service providers. We help them get found online, generate consistent inbound leads, and scale their businesses through structured marketing systems, clean design, and automation. By 2026, our goal is to become the most trusted digital growth partner for service-based businesses across New Zealand, the USA, and Australia . Our team includes SEO strategists, content writers, designers, and developers. We run structured campaigns that combine strong branding, conversion-focused creatives, and execution-driven marketing systems to help clients grow visibility, leads, and revenue. Now, we’re looking for a Photoshop / Graphic Artist who can own the visual execution across our campaigns and ensure every asset reflects quality, clarity, and performance. What the Role Entails Designing and editing graphics using Adobe Photoshop/Canva, etc. for: Social media posts and ads Website graphics and banners Landing pages and conversion assets Local service branding materials Photo retouching, manipulation, and optimisation for web and ad use Translating briefs into clean, high-quality visuals that align with each client’s brand Supporting marketing campaigns with fast, reliable design execution Collaborating with SEO specialists, content writers, and developers to ensure visuals support performance goals Updating and iterating on designs based on feedback and results Managing multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines consistently Skills We’re Looking For This role requires a strong eye for design, speed, and attention to detail. You don’t need to be a full creative director — but you do need to be confident executing high-quality visuals independently. 2+ years of experience as a Photoshop / Graphic Artist Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop Experience with: Photo retouching and manipulation Web and social media graphics Marketing and ad creatives Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt designs across multiple clients Comfortable managing multiple projects without sacrificing quality Good communication skills and openness to feedback Experience working with digital marketing teams is a plus Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Illustrator , or similar is a bonus What We Offer Compensation: 400-600 USD/mo | 20hrs per week Work from anywhere Consistent design work with clear briefs and systems A collaborative team across SEO, content, development, and design Long-term opportunity with a growing agency Direct communication and clear expectations — no micromanagement The chance to contribute to real campaigns that drive results for service businesses We’re reviewing applications now and will be in touch with candidates who are a strong fit.
