PHP Developer

Role and Responsibilities: As a Senior PHP Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and maintenance of our robust backend infrastructure. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to design, implement, and optimize features that ensure the seamless operation of our platform. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the collaboration with our team to understand product requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Developing efficient, scalable, and maintainable PHP code using the Laravel framework to support our messaging and customer signal processing solutions. Expertise in working with Socket.IO connections to build real-time messaging features for our application. Integrating data storage solutions using MySQL and MongoDB, ensuring data consistency and reliability. Collaborating with front-end developers to design APIs that enable smooth communication between the front-end and backend systems. Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and other technical challenges. Leading code reviews, maintaining high code quality, and enforcing best practices. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our platform. Qualifications: Strong proficiency in PHP development with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Extensive experience with the Laravel framework, showcasing your ability to architect complex systems. Experience with MySQL and MongoDB, including database design and optimization. Familiarity with Node.js for certain backend tasks and APIs. Demonstrated experience working with Socket.IO to build real-time communication features. Prior experience with SaaS technologies, showcasing an understanding of the unique challenges and solutions within the SaaS ecosystem. Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices. Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to Have: Experience with other programming languages, such as JavaScript and React. Familiarity with cloud platforms particularly Google Cloud. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Job Type: Contractor - Fulltime-Remote Salary Range : 2000$ Brüt
