Physician Assistant

We are looking for a Physician Assistant who will work under the supervision of a foreign physician. The Physician Assistant will also be responsible for monitoring and overseeing medical practice operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and patients are well taken care of. To succeed in this role, you must be formally trained to examine patients and diagnose injuries and illnesses. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. We are seeking someone who is looking for a full-time role with strong commitmenta professional who is dependable, dedicated, and enjoys the flexibility and focus that working from home provides. You must have experience handling various medical administrative tasks and working closely with a team of nurses. A strong internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools and electronic medical records. Physician Assistant Responsibilities: - Monitor all messages, respond to inquiries from home care policy and clinic, and create/complete notes for all patients - Create and complete all medical notes, ensuring that nurses follow up on care and answer all questions for routine cases - Accompany healthcare providers during patient encounters and document visit details in real-time - Enter patient medical histories, exam findings, procedures, and treatment plans into the EHR under the direction of the healthcare provider - Coordinate patient care and communicate with nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective care - Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Help optimize the patient encounter by ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow - Work closely with the team, including the head of operations - Attend live rounds with the physician - Perform other related medical and administrative tasks as required by the client Physician Assistant Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience working as a doctor in the Philippines, handling adult patients - Strong analytical and technical skills - Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English - Strong organizational and time management skills - Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities - Ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy - Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment - Available to work US Eastern Standard Time hours - Permanent work-from-home setup - MUST be a license doctor - Willing to start ASAP - Looking for full-time work with long-term commitment What We Offer: - Full-time: 40 hours weekly - Rate: $7 per hour after training - Paid training hours - Weekends off - Health card after 6 months - Paid time off after 6 months
