Role Description The Physiologist Specialist (اخصائي نفسي)

We are looking to collaborate with qualified Psychologists / Mental Health Specialists on a contractual basis. Specialists will provide virtual consultation sessions to clients, with all session bookings and scheduling managed through our platform.

The specialist will be responsible for conducting professional, confidential, and evidence-based psychological consultations, while maintaining high standards of care, communication, and ethical practice. Our team will support the coordination of appointments and connect specialists with clients seeking psychological support.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physiology and applied Exercise Physiology, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance.
• Knowledge of Neurophysiology and Polysomnography, including experience interpreting or applying findings related to sleep and nervous system function.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain medical and psychological topics clearly to non-specialist audiences.
• Relevant academic degree in physiology, psychology, or a related health science field; advanced certification or clinical experience is an advantage.
• Experience in telehealth, digital health, or online patient education, with strong attention to accuracy, ethics, and patient privacy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English for accessing and reviewing international scientific literature is highly beneficial.
