  • Managing vendor relationships and escalations where required
  • Overseeing security, access governance, and operational controls
  • Creating and maintaining operational runbooks, documentation, and support processes

Skills & experience we're looking for:

  • Platform, SRE, Infrastructure, or Operations experience within high-traffic digital environments
  • Strong experience supporting eCommerce platforms
  • Proven incident management and operational leadership experience
  • Experience working with monitoring and observability tooling such as Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Sentry, or similar
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, release governance, and deployment controls
  • Experience supporting complex platform integrations and business-critical services
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly during major incidents or trading events
  • Experience driving service reliability, operational maturity, and process improvement

Benefits include:

  • 30 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Birthday off
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Healthcare cashback plan
  • Pension scheme
