We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL’s position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:

• Support the team in identifying, evaluating and implementing AI / Automation Use Cases
• Support the team in maintaining and updating team documentation and knowledge articles.
• Commmunicate with internal customers and support them with privileged access requests, privileged access reviews and related governance activities
• Support reporting and analysis activities related to Privileged Access Management, Vulnerability Management and Compliance Management.
• Actively share knowledge/experience from experienced security professionals.

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
• Required skills(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Copilot
• Preferred skill(s): Windows Server / Linux
• Required language(s): English
• Internship period of minimum 6 months
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

Hi, my name is Amy Ooi and I’m leading the Infrastrucutre Security Platform SecOps team. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2012, when I took a role as Graduate Trainee in the Linux Operations team, and since then progressed through several technical and leadership roles. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – ensuring secure operations, privileged access governances and compliance across DHL’s server platforms.
