Grow together
Full-Stack Software Developer (Angular 20+, JAVA 21, SPRINGBOOT, OPENSHIFT, AZURE, ORACLE)
We are seeking an expert Full-Stack Software Engineer comfortable across Java / Spring Boot on the backend and Angular / TypeScript on the frontend. You will design and deliver scalable, reusable, and maintainable components on both sides — REST APIs across a modular Maven codebase and responsive, production-ready Angular UIs — running cloud-native on OpenShift and secured via Azure OIDC SSO.
The role requires delivering robust experiences that correctly handle all states — normal, loading, empty, error, and permission/role-based scenarios — end to end. You should leverage framework and platform capabilities, minimize duplication and unnecessary custom code, write tests, and independently drive tasks with minimal supervision.
You are expected to proactively clarify requirements, identify and raise blockers early, incorporate review feedback effectively, and demonstrate a strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, clean-code practices, and the latest ecosystem advancements. Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivery excellence are essential.
Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on application development, with strong expertise across Java/Spring Boot and Angular.
Technical Competencies
Backend
- Mandatory: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC/REST, Spring Data JPA + Hibernate, Maven (multi-module), Oracle (SQL/JDBC/OJDBC`).
- Security with Spring Security, Spring Actuator, OAuth2/OIDC (Azure SSO), and JWT; API docs via Swagger/OpenAPI (Springfox).
- Document/report generation (iText, Apache POI,Jasper) and templating (FreeMarker); caching (Caffeine), Spring Session.
Frontend
- Mandatory: Angular 8+, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx (Store/Effects), Angular Material + CDK + Flex Layout, SCSS/CSS, ng-bootstrap/Bootstrap.
- Data-heavy views (grids, ngx-charts, PDF/Excel viewers); testing with Karma/Jasmine and Protractor; linting with TSLint/Codelyzer.
Platform & DevOps
- Containerized deployment on OpenShift / Docker (S2I, embedded Tomcat), NGINX for the frontend, and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application ecosystems.
- Good to have: modernizing legacy WebLogic applications to cloud-native runtimes; driving Angular version upgrades; micro-frontend patterns.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-functional, cross-region team environments.
An array of benefits for you:
- Hybrid work arrangements to balance in-office collaboration and home flexibility.
- Annual Leave: 42 days off apart from Public / National Holidays.
- Medical Insurance: Self + Spouse + 2 children. An option to opt for Voluntary Parental Insurance (Parents / Parent -in-laws) at a nominal premium covering pre-existing disease.
- In House training programs: professional and technical training certifications.
