Karo Healthcare, a dynamic and growing personal-care retail company, is all about making smart choices for everyday healthcare. With a wide-ranging portfolio across seven categories including medical products, we own and sell over 80 brands in about 90 countries. Our portfolio includes such brands as E45, Pevaryl, Lamisil, Nutravita, Decubal and many others. Our core belief in empowering people to make intelligent health decisions drives our growth strategy, blending organic expansion and M&A.

Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a PLM System Specialist for our office in Stockholm, Kaunas or Maidenhead.

What's in it for you?

Want to take ownership of a business-critical platform and see the impact of your work across an international organization? This is your opportunity to play a key role in the rollout and continuous development of our new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, Trace One Devex.

You'll work hands-on with system configuration, product data and process improvements, collaborating with experts across IT, Regulatory, Packaging, Sustainability and Operations. With exposure to multiple product categories, international markets and new business integrations, you'll have the freedom to make a real difference while developing your technical expertise and growing your career.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and optimize our PLM platform, configuring and maintaining Trace One Devex, including product data structures, templates, workflows, approval processes and user permissions.
  • Manage master data operations, including data imports, exports, validation, clean-up and bulk uploads across formulations, packaging and finished products.
  • Act as the second-line support expert for PLM-related issues, troubleshooting system challenges and working with Trace One to resolve complex cases.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations with platforms such as IFS and Veeva RIM, collaborating with IT teams to ensure smooth data flows.
  • Support software testing, system releases and ongoing platform improvements to maintain performance and reliability.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into practical system enhancements and more efficient processes.
  • Support regulatory and sustainability data requirements, ensuring accurate and compliant product information.
  • Drive product data migration and integration as Karo expands through acquisitions, bringing new brands and businesses onto a shared platform.
  • Support user onboarding, training and documentation to strengthen system adoption across international teams.
  • Collaborate with the PLM System Owner to shape platform priorities, improvements and long-term development.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting PLM, ERP, Veeva Vault or other enterprise systems focused on master data management. Experience with Trace One Devex is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Solid understanding of product data structures, Bills of Materials (BOM), workflows, templates and system configuration.
  • Practical experience with master data management, including data imports, validation and bulk updates, ideally using Excel, SQL or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs and troubleshooting data flows between enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with data migration, software testing, release management or technical support processes is an advantage.
  • Background in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food supplements, medical devices or other fast-paced, regulated industries is highly valued.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and external system vendors to deliver effective solutions.
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance daily operational needs and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Opportunity to create, grow and encourage, with the freedom to take ownership and make an impact.
  • Competitive salary package and exciting career development opportunities aligned with your ambitions.
  • Flexible working arrangements supporting a healthy work-life balance.
  • Responsibility for challenging, high-impact projects with visible results across the business.
  • A positive, collaborative and international working environment with motivated colleagues.
  • The agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a growing business, combined with the opportunities and strong values of an established international organization.

Karo Healthcare has a Diverse & Inclusive environment. We are looking for qualified candidates irrespective of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, religion, national origin, disability or age.
