This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead Salesforce implementation and transformation initiatives while working closely with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong consulting expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in data migration, ETL, and enterprise CRM projects. This role requires a self-driven professional who can translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, manage project delivery, and ensure customer success across complex engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  
• Lead client discussions and independently manage senior business stakeholders.
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  
• Participate in solution design, implementation, configuration, and deployment activities.
  
• Drive end-to-end Salesforce project delivery and ensure successful outcomes.
  
• Manage data migration, data integration, ETL processes, and data quality initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with developers, architects, administrators, and business users to deliver solutions.
  
• Prepare solution design documents, requirement specifications, and project documentation.
  
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-implementation activities.
  
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and security guidelines.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend platform enhancements.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 4+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  
• Minimum 3+ years of successful Salesforce consulting and project delivery experience.
  
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and client-facing engagements.
  
• Hands-on experience in Data Migration, ETL, Data Integration, and Data Management projects.
  
• Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, and solution design documentation.
  
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
  
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
  
• Experience working in Agile project environments is preferred.
