PM Intermediate -Hybrid - Indianapolis, IN

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage medium-to-large IT projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, track project schedules and deliverables, manage risks and issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.

• 2+ years managing large, complex, multi-year projects.

• 2+ years of experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce technology.

• Knowledge of Agile, PMBOK, IT governance, risk management, and change control.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Project, SharePoint, and Visio.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification.

• State government or Child Support Enforcement experience.
