As a Product Manager for Quote to Order at Multiplier, you will be pivotal in building and scaling the platform that transforms signed deals into billable orders. This role involves managing the lifecycle from quote creation through to order conversion, including the implementation of billing schedules and metering capabilities. You will be working at the heart of our operations and ensuring that our processes align with customer agreements and expectations.

Skills & Qualification

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management to guide the Quote to Order lifecycle effectively

• Proficiency in quote to cash, CPQ, order management, or subscription-based billing to streamline operational processes

• Technical fluency that allows you to think both systematically and in business terms, aiding in product integration

• Experience in building products that integrate with multiple systems to ensure seamless operation across platforms

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to work comfortably across sales, finance, and engineering teams

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with distributed teams, adapting quickly to changing demands

Responsibilities

• Own the Quote to Order roadmap, focusing on the development and improvement of quote creation, order conversion, and billing schedules

• Build and refine billing schedule and metering capabilities to reflect contractual agreements accurately

• Lead feature development from requirements through to launch, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams

• Partner with sales operations and finance to streamline processes and eliminate manual steps from signature to billing

• Define and track key metrics that indicate the health and efficiency of the Quote to Order flow, facilitating data-driven decision-making

• Work with a team dedicated to solving complex commercial and financial problems on a large scale

• Contribute to the core platform development, ensuring it aligns with Multiplier's revenue goals and operational needs
