PMHNP in Phoenix Arizona (W2 or 1099 - 1 day in clinic)

We're hiring: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — 2 openings

Arizona · Remote + 1 day/week in our Phoenix clinic · Minimum commitment of 20 hours a week - can be part-time, or full-time) · W2 or 1099 — your choice

If you've worked in telepsych before, you probably know the feeling — high volume, short visits, no real team, and the sense that you're a name on a roster rather than a clinician with a voice. That's the model we were built to be different from.

Our practice is co-owned by a practicing PMHNP who still sees patients every week and runs the clinical side with one guiding question: would I want to work here, and would I want to be a patient here?

OUR GOAL: to be known as one of the best places in Arizona to receive mental health care — and one of the best places to practice it. We want to be pioneers for what high-quality psychiatric care looks like in this state, and we're building a team of clinicians who want to be part of that.

THE ROLE

We're looking for 2 PMHNPs (W2 or 1099 — your choice) who are willing to spend 1 day per week seeing patients in person at our Phoenix clinic. The rest of your schedule is fully remote telehealth (unless you prefer to do all days in-person).

- Our clinic is open 7 days a week — your in-person day can be ANY day that works for you

- Prefer more in-person time? Great — you're welcome to do more than 1 day

- We pay a higher rate for in-person clinic days

- The right candidate is genuinely happy to be in the clinic 1 day a week — our Phoenix patients love in-person care, and we love giving it to them

- 60-min evaluations and 30-min follow-ups — with the option for 60-min follow-ups anytime a patient needs more time. Yes, we actually allow this. Clinical judgment lives with you, not a billing algorithm.

- Flexible scheduling — remote except your weekly clinic day, which YOU pick

HOW WE BUILD TEAM INTO A REMOTE-FIRST JOB

2-3 hours of meetings a week.

- 1 hour PMHNP team meeting — case discussion, peer support, colleagues who understand your work

- 1-2 hours a week with a MD/Psychiatrist/guest speaker for continuing education. This is a huge hit and has had amazing feedback - we have high quality guest speakers and are committed to always continuing our education.

The rest of your time is yours and your patients'.

POPULATION

Adults 18+. Teens and geriatric patients are entirely optional — we want you treating the populations you love and adore. We'll prioritize building your caseload around the patients and conditions you most enjoy treating, because clinicians who get to do work they're passionate about take better care of people.

REQUIREMENTS

- Active AZ PMHNP license in good standing

- Board Certified PMHNP

- Active AZ DEA license

- 2+ years post-licensure outpatient psychiatric experience

- Willing to commit to at least 1 in-person day per week at our Phoenix clinic (any day — we're open 7 days a week)

• New graduates not eligible
