Your role

As a PMO & Executive Support Coordinator, you will provide operational and operational and administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring effective coordination, follow-up, and execution of key business activities. This role offers broad exposure to executive stakeholders and the opportunity to take ownership of initiatives as the business continues to evolve.

Your tasks

  • Coordinate Executive Committee (ExCo) activities, including meeting logistics, travel arrangements, agendas, and action tracking.
  • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Track, monitor, and report on actions, deliverables, and key priorities.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of business projects and initiatives.
  • Establish structure and governance around meetings, actions, and reporting processes.
  • Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and lead projects as the role develops.

Your profile

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, business support, administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a structured approach and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and navigating a corporate environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
