Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo che entrerà a far parte del Dipartimento Digital & Betting come PMO che supporti la pianificazione, il coordinamento e il monitoraggio delle iniziative progettuali aziendali, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi, priorità e standard qualitativi

La risorsa collaborerà con i principali stakeholder di business e IT, assicurando una governance efficace del portafoglio progetti e contribuendo al miglioramento continuo di metodologie, processi e strumenti di Project Management

Responsabilità principali

• Supportare la pianificazione, l'avvio e il monitoraggio dei progetti strategici e operativi
• Coordinare le attività tra le diverse funzioni aziendali, favorendo l'allineamento tra business, tecnologia e operations.
• Predisporre e aggiornare la documentazione progettuale (project plan, roadmap, RAID log, verbali, action tracker e reportistica.
• Monitorare avanzamento, milestone, budget, rischi, dipendenze e criticità, proponendo azioni correttive quando necessario.
• Preparare dashboard e report periodici destinati al management e ai comitati di progetto.
• Supportare la gestione delle priorità del portfolio progetti e delle richieste evolutive.
• Facilitare meeting di avanzamento, steering committee e momenti di allineamento con gli stakeholder.
• Promuovere l'adozione di metodologie, strumenti e best practice di Project Management.
• Contribuire all'ottimizzazione dei processi organizzativi e al miglioramento continuo.

RequisitI

• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria o discipline economiche
• Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (power point, excel, project)
• Capacità di lavorare in gruppo, gestione dello stress, empatia e attitudine alla comunicazione efficace
• Esperienza pregressa: 1-3 anni in società di consulenza o società strutturate
• Capacità di condurre analisi e di produrre reportistica strutturata (dashboard, SAL di progetto)

We are looking for a candidate to join the Digital & Betting Department a PMO. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of the company's project initiatives, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, priorities, and quality standards.

The selected candidate will collaborate with key business and IT stakeholders, ensuring effective project portfolio governance and contributing to the continuous improvement of Project Management methodologies, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, initiation, and monitoring of strategic and operational projects.
• Coordinate activities across different business functions, promoting alignment between business, technology, and operations.
• Prepare and update project documentation (project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, meeting minutes, action trackers, and reporting).
• Monitor progress, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and critical issues, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare dashboards and periodic reports for management and project committees.
• Support the prioritization of the project portfolio and enhancement requests.
• Facilitate progress meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Promote the adoption of Project Management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to the optimization of organizational processes and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Engineering or Economics/Business disciplines.Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel,Project).
• Teamwork skills, stress management, empathy, and effective communication abilities.
• Previous experience: 1–3 years in consulting firms or structured organizations.
• Ability to conduct analyses and produce structured reporting (dashboards, project status reports).
