📝 業務内容｜Job Description

• 大規模クライアント向けのソフトウェア・システム開発に参加し、設計から開発、運用までのライフサイクル全体を担当

Participate in software and system development for large-scale clients, covering the full lifecycle from design to development and operation.

• プロジェクトに応じて、ウェブ・アプリケーション開発、バックエンドシステム、API、ビジネスロジックの開発に従事

Work on web and application development, backend systems, APIs, and business logic depending on the project.

• 要件分析、コーディング、技術文書作成、テスト、リリース後の保守などの業務を担当

Handle tasks such as requirement analysis, coding, technical documentation, testing, and post-release maintenance.

• 日本、ベトナム、中国のオンサイト・オフショアチームと協力

Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams in Japan, Vietnam, and China.

• プロジェクトの条件に応じて、リモートまたはハイブリッド勤務が可能

Remote or hybrid work is available depending on project conditions.

🎯 応募条件｜Requirements

※ いずれかに該当する方

※ Candidates who meet one or more of the following criteria

• Java、.NET、Python、JavaScript、またはその他の最新プログラミング言語を使用したプログラミングやソフトウェア開発の経験

Experience in programming or software development using Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or other modern programming languages.

• プログラミングの基礎、データ構造、オブジェクト指向（OOP）、REST APIに関する確かな知識

Solid knowledge of programming fundamentals, data structures, OOP, and REST APIs.

• 大規模システムの経験、またはチーム開発／アウトソーシング環境での経験があると尚可

Experience with large-scale systems or working in team-based / outsourcing environments is a plus.

• 自立して業務を遂行できる能力、チームで協力して働く能力

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• AI、ChatGPT、機械学習、クラウド（AWS、GCP）、またはDevOps／CI/CDの経験があると尚可

Preferred experience in AI, ChatGPT, Machine Learning, Cloud (AWS, GCP), or DevOps / CI/CD.

• プロジェクトの規模や経験レベルに応じて、要件定義からテストまで、または基本設計・詳細設計から実装までのエンドツーエンドの開発プロセスに参加できる能力

Ability to participate in the end-to-end development process, from requirements definition to testing, or from basic and detailed design through implementation, depending on project scope and experience level.

🎓 学歴・語学｜Education & Language

• コンピュータサイエンス、ソフトウェア工学、または関連分野の学士号（同等の実務経験でも可）

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力（JLPT N2相当以上）

Japanese communication skills equivalent to JLPT N2 or above.

※資格は必須ではありません。業務での会話や技術文書の読解が可能であること。

(No certification required; must be able to communicate at work and read technical documents.)

💰 給与・待遇｜Compensation

• 年収：4,800,000円～9,000,000円（経験・スキルに応じて決定）

Salary: ¥4,800,000 – ¥9,000,000 per year (depending on experience and skills).

• ボーナス：年2回＋年1回の給与見直し

Bonus: Twice a year + annual salary review.

⏰ 勤務時間｜Working Hours

• 勤務時間：月～金（週末休み）、9:30～18:30

Monday to Friday (weekends off), 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

• プロジェクト選択可能：オンサイト、ハイブリッド、リモート（希望や勤務地に応じて）

Project selection available: onsite, hybrid, or remote (based on preference and location).

• 残業手当は会社規定に基づき支給

Overtime is compensated according to company policy.
