Job title: P&O Service Delivery Expert

Engagement type: 12 month fixed-term contract

Working model: Hybrid (50% remote)

We’re looking for a People & Organisation (HR) Service Delivery Expert to join a global pharmaceutical company on a 12-month contract from January 2027.

The role

You’ll support the design, delivery and improvement of HR processes and services for a small client group. You’ll work with the wider P&O team to turn strategy into day-to-day operations, handle service requests, and help keep services running on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Help turn P&O strategic goals into working processes and services
• Advise on and support the rollout of HR processes, standards and service improvements
• Provide guidance and training to users and customers
• Handle standard service requests, answer queries and resolve issues, working with next-level support where needed
• Manage user administration, including system access
• Track requests, troubleshoot errors and analyse recurring issues
• Support cost and efficiency analysis, and personnel cost budgeting and control
• Help evaluate services and processes, and contribute to country or business-unit projects

Requirements

• Experience in HR operations or HR service delivery
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms
• Exposure to employee onboarding, payroll and identity and access management
• A good understanding of data privacy
• A focus on employee experience and a curious, improvement-minded approach
• Fluent English and Italian (essential)
