What we’re looking for

  • Minimum hands-on 3 experience with Quinyx or a similar Workforce Management solution, ideally in a multi-site or shift-based environment.

  • Practical experience with workforce scheduling, time & attendance and/or absence management.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret workforce data, identify root causes and translate insights into action.

  • Experience supporting and training managers, operational teams or system users, with the ability to simplify complex topics.

  • A collaborative and improvement-focused approach, with confidence working across Operations, Payroll, P&O, IT and external partners.

Nice to have: Experience in healthcare, veterinary, retail, hospitality or another shift-based environment, as well as experience with Power BI or payroll processes.

What we offer

  • A role with European scope and visibility across MVHE.

  • The opportunity to influence how workforce management evolves across 19 countries and 700+ clinics.

  • Collaboration with Operations, Payroll, P&O, IT and country teams.
