Podcast Social Media Manager Position Title: Podcast Social Media Manager Location: Remote Salary Range: TBA Job Summary We are looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven Podcast Social Media Manager to support a growing personal brand across social media, podcasting, and thought-leader outreach. The ideal candidate is experienced in social media management, engagement and relationship building, chat sequencing, podcast management, and outreach . You should understand how to turn content into conversations, build meaningful connections, and increase visibility across multiple platforms. This role requires someone who can take initiative and help develop an omnipresence strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage and maintain social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube Develop and implement strategies focused on audience growth and engagement Create, schedule, publish, and repurpose content across multiple platforms Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and content performance Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos, posts, clips, and other content formats Track analytics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement Help establish a consistent and strategic online presence across multiple platforms Chat Sequencing Proactively engage with followers, prospects, and relevant industry connections Build genuine relationships through social media engagement Start and maintain conversations with potential clients, partners, podcast hosts, and industry leaders Manage chat sequences and follow-up conversations Research and identify relevant people to connect with Maintain organised records of conversations and follow-ups Move qualified conversations toward the appropriate next step without being overly sales-focused Follow established messaging and engagement strategies Podcast Management Research and identify potential podcast guests and podcast opportunities Conduct guest and host outreach Manage guest communications and follow-ups Coordinate podcast scheduling and interview details Organise podcast links, information, and assets Assist with podcast publishing workflows Coordinate and organise short-form video clips from podcast episodes Assist with repurposing podcast content for social media Thought-Leader Outreach Proactively research speaking opportunities, podcasts, conferences, and events Identify relevant hosts, event organisers, and industry leaders Conduct personalised outreach and follow-ups Maintain an outreach tracker and database Monitor opportunities and track responses Support efforts to position the client as a thought leader and speaker Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Virtual Assistance, or a related role Proven experience managing social media accounts Experience with LinkedIn and YouTube is highly preferred Experience with Friend Farming, DM outreach, or chat sequencing Experience with podcast management or podcast outreach is an advantage Strong written and spoken English Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong research and prospecting abilities Highly organised and detail-oriented Creative and proactive with a strong growth mindset Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable using AI tools and learning new platforms Understanding of social media analytics and content performance Technical Skills Social media management platforms LinkedIn and YouTube Chat/DM platforms and sequencing tools Canva or similar design tools Video editing tools such as CapCut is an advantage Google Workspace CRM or lead management systems AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity Personal Attributes Proactive and self-motivated Creative and strategic Strong communicator Relationship-focused Detail-oriented and organised Results-driven Resourceful and willing to learn Comfortable taking initiative Professional and reliable Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Bonus Skills Experience with personal brands or thought leaders Podcast guest or host outreach experience Speaking engagement outreach Short-form video editing Copywriting Lead generation Community management Experience developing omnipresence or multi-platform content strategies Benefits Permanent work-from-home setup Full-time/ Part-time remote position 14 days leave credits
