Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone. Address inquiries regarding products, accounts, and promotions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay updated on company products and industry trends to offer informed support. Fluent in Polish and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming or related industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
